Data used for payment verification
For the 1 GEL technical test, DEDAENA.AI processes a generated order reference, the provider’s payment reference, amount, currency, status, reconciliation identifiers, timestamps and limited security data. The payment provider processes card and authentication data on its own hosted checkout. DEDAENA does not store card numbers, security codes or bank authentication credentials.
Purpose and retention
Payment records are used for transaction reconciliation, refund handling, error diagnosis and applicable accounting obligations. Technical security data is retained only as long as reasonably required for abuse prevention and diagnosis.
